How to fix .NET Framework issues when using QuickBooks Desktop?

QuickBooks Desktop runs the web-based apps and other Microsoft components to ensure a smooth user experience. • Click the Windows Start button.
• Type "Control Panel" into the search box, followed by hitting on Enter.
• This shall launch Control Panel.
• After that, choose Programs and Features.

• Click on the option to Turn Windows Features ON or OFF.

• Now, search for .NET Framework and Disable and Enable it.

1^st Scenario: .NET Framework 4.5 box is unmarked:

• To activate the .NET Framework 4.5, check the box next to it (or later).
• Click OK to save the changes made.
• Finally, turn off your computer.

2^nd Scenario:  .NET Framework 4.5 box is marked:

• Select the checkbox to turn off the .NET Framework 4.5. (Or later). Be careful not to turn it back On.
• Click OK to save your changes.
• Restart your computer.
• Once you have logged back into Windows, follow the instructions to reactivate the .NET Framework 4.5.

3^rd Scenario: If the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 checkbox isn't checked:

• Check the box to make the installation of the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 active.
• Click OK to save changes.
• Turn off the computer.

4^th Scenario:  .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 checkbox is marked:

• Check the box to turn off the 3.5 SP1 version of the .NET Framework. Be careful not to turn it back on.
• Click OK.
• Restart the computer.
• Once you have logged back into Windows, follow the instructions to reactivate the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
