3 New Weapons Released in New World
The release of the New World has been delayed by a month and will not appear until September 28th, but thanks to the Let's Play series, the first details about the game's expansions have already surfaced online.
YouTube channel Rocket Beans appears to have had the chance to spend some time in the world of Aeternum, although the game won't be available to gamers until the public beta weekend on September 9, and fans are cautioning that in the video shows three new weapons.
The new weapons that supposedly come into play are a one-handed weapon class called daggers, a new long-range weapon called the Blunderbuss, and the magical weapon called the Void Gauntlet.
Those in-game photos seem to confirm reports from data miners during the New World closed beta that these guys will indeed join the game at some point. Since the Blunderbuss does not yet have its own symbol, this could take a while.
In the description of the game of the daggers, it is stated that they are two-handed one-handed weapons that are used in close combat and in close combat with thrown weapons. According to the video, the Blunderbuss is a long-range weapon with a high damage ammunition cartridge, "ideal for keeping targets at a distance and for long-range combat with high rewards for precise aiming." Or it could just be a copy of the musket description. Unfortunately, the Void Protector is not highlighted anywhere in the video so we didn't get a chance to see its description.
At New World's Gamescom presentation, one of the developers showed concept art for a new "supernatural weapon" that will appear in the game shortly after its release, possibly the Void Gauntlet.
It is unclear which version of the game Rocket Beans got permission to use in the Let's Play series and what content will be available to players during the upcoming beta weekend. It is unclear when these weapons will be introduced into the game.
The New World will enter public beta on the weekend of September 9th, ahead of the September 28th release. It's possible we'll see some of these new weapons in action this weekend. And you can buy New World gold from SSEGold once it released.
