Our forum new features!
Alright guildies,
Been thinking lately how to improve our forum even further by adding some content you might be willing to fallow even more frequently, that will make you peek here for some new stuff even more...
We have the most awesome RP stories there are on our forum. Our guildies are the most talented ones there are server-wide! I'm more than sure about it! We have just changed our Chronicles display system and one more adjustement to it will pop up soon! The ones that have slow internet connection should be happy about that: we will divide Chronicles on pages, to only display max. 10 of them at once. They have many pictures in it and I know loading them all in one page fore some of you might be pain in the ass;) But as for the RP itself on our forum there is little more we might add for now, though High Council is constantly fallowing our members' RP stories to see if something in that area might be done to improve your posting and reading RP stories experience even further... We already have some ideas even, but they are pretty hard to put in work and will take some time for us to implement those. But there are other forum's improvements for you hot and ready right now...!
1) You will see new links to the left of our site:
a) "Guild's Official News";
b) "SWTOR's Official News";
c) "SWTOR Unofficial News"
The "a" is a list of our very own Guild News - fallow them for to know what's goin on in our guild's life at the moment! The whole News you can find at our homepage ofcourse.
The "b" is (as the name says:P) the RSS Feed of official SWTOR News about the game. This in general is published by the devs of our game and every link in that group will re-direct you to game's official website: swtor.com, to the direct News article you just clicked the title-link.
The "c" is same as "b" but its a RSS Feed of all (or almoust all major) websites' about SWTOR News articles. So now you will have in one place, on our forum a link to every rummor, every gossip, and almoust every article that is published on the internet about SWTOR! We cool, or whaaat!?:D
I hope those new features will easy your searchings of any news internet-wide about dev's plans, adjusting your characters, other's ppl RP and many, more, with the distance of one click from our very own forum!
2) This is what you all have been waiting for!! Your very personal BLOG!!!
Ehem..., you're lookin' at one just now!:P This is my own blog I called "Grand Master's Diaries". I will put my gold thoughts here about what's up in our guild's everyday life from the perspective of a Grand Master and a member of the management of the guild. I'm very eager to read your thoughts about what's buggin' you lately in our guild, in our galaxy, on our server..., what you just loved recently and even what have you just eat, and what alcohol you consider the best for long OPS runs!;)
Ofcourse the BLOG system on our forum have the abillity for us each other to comment our blog entries!:D U should know a simmilar solutions from theprogenitor.com site, when all users there have their "walls" where they post their thoughts, thanks after WZs, OPS and even pics, movies and so on. We can do same now! Look:

Hehe. I'ts just an example and putting media into your blog entry is waaaay easier than puting it in forum posts! You will get use to is, I'm sure of that!:D Another example:

YOUR FORUM PROFILE > (you will see your avatar picture and your own "Activity Stream" right to it; above your avatar you will find: "Following | Blog | Badges") > BLOG
