Countertop pressure cookers have timers and sensors integrated to automatically adjust pressure and also heat as they cook, meaning you're absolve to go about your organization until they're done. A stovetop pressure cooker requires one to manually adjust the flame unless you hit the sweet spot. Sensors also provide me more relief that I'm not likely to have any type of explosion if I leave your kitchen unattended.
This is an excellent pressure cooker. I purchased it for my son who is going to college. We didn't try it out right away when we finally unpacked it to test it, we couldn't understand it to work. The return period was no longer carried out. I contacted Cosori, just attempting to return it rather than expecting anything back. They responded immediately wanting to help. They gave us several guidelines to try and once that didn't work sent us a different pressure cooker and wanted the defective one back. Excellent customer service! The pressure cooker itself is a fantastic device. My son has produced several dishes and loves it. It is the best pressure cooker to buy
