Character Profile addon - Gamer Launch Support

I have a charater profile which works in every way but for my professions. I open up both enchanting and engineering windows but don't see them in my professions tab. I get an in game message about updating my profesions but it doen't sync to the web. any ideas?

Are you clicking the checkbox for "Update Trade Skills?" when you upload the data? If you are, then send me the file at support@guildlaunch.com and I'll take a look and see why it isn't uploading.
