Guild Bank FAQs

Just upgraded out GuildLaunch site and uploaded our Guild bank details for WoW and half the images are missing, and a lot of the item ID's seem to be out, is there a fix to this problem?

There is a ticket in our dev system so that our developers can look into this, but I will remind them and see what we can do on our end to get it patched up.
Will there be an updated version of the guild bank for The Elder Scrolls Online (Gold Currency) on release and is there a way to administrate the guild bank page as it is the only page we seem to be able to do nothing with.

We're looking at a variety of ways to support ESO - how much we can automate depends on their API, but we're keeping an eye on it. :)
As far as administration goes, if you add the 'Guild Bank' permission to a Permission Group, they should be able to add and remove things from that page.
We've recently built our site here. I've started testing out the Bank, but when I try to use the Modify features: +/-/#/Remove All, it isn't changing the numbers even after the page refreshes itself after seemingly sending the data. It's not working for me on firefox or IE. (I don't have Chrome on this laptop to check that.)
Our site is a LOTRO kin, so I'm not sure if the bug is specific to general editing, or what the issue may be.
Also, the mouse-over and color links of the items themselves (e.g. Superior Lembas, Cooked Carrots) are working randomly.
Superior Lembas, for example, seems to show the mouse-over LOTRO item image and link color properly each time. However, Cooked Carrots started as a white link name, then changed to yellow with a mouseover that isn't the expected kind, and now is back to white link name yet still with the mouse-over that isn't the usual. After several refreshes, it doesn't seem to want to go back to yellow and I don't even know if there is a mouse-over image in your link or db (where ever it's called from) that's of the usual nature for a LOTRO item like the Superior Lembas is.
For either issue, should I send in a ticket, or are they known issues?
Lastly, at the bottom of the bank page, I see the Manage Items list as well, but we can only subtract there not add (except with the removal and re-add folks have mentioned elsewhere on this thread), and only with values of one at a time which is a lot of clicking with things that stack in the three digits.
Is there any plan on adding an addition aspect to the Manage Item list? The subtraction from there does seem to be working, so it would be nice to be able to add there, even if one at a time, if the Modify at the top continues to falter.
Thank you in advance for any time and assistance on these matters.

What site is this for? |
Sites, actually, but I'll get into that in a bit. I am currently working with the Bank on the Axes and Ales site.
However, what I learn will soon be shared with other kins in the Alliance I belong to that are migrating here, the priority being the Bounders of the Shire site since that will be the host for the Alliance's site.
Feel free to read the following at will. It's not specific to the issues at hand, but explains what our alliance is doing:
I'm one of the admin researchers for a group of Allied kins that are migrating away from our old host. Support there has been MIA for about a year, causing our sites to increasingly fall apart over time. We thought it best to task out research on what's here to save time amongst our various kins' admins. (Many of us also have characters in multiple kins within the Alliance for various RP reasons, which makes sharing info faster.)
Since the Bounders' site is the one that will start our alliance, we're trying to get it squared away so our admin there can start building the Alliance's site. I don't think she added the bank to the Bounders site yet because she's still working on other things. Since we're still learning which permissions do what so I can't see everything there, it's easier for me to use the A&A site for research as I'm the owner of A&A.
(In case it matters, I have a separate account for the Bounders: Daffodilia, as I am also an Officer in the Bounders.)
Whether you'll find this too much info or an interesting read, I'm not certain, though I hope the latter if you made it this far.
Hm.. I see what you're describing, but I'm not 100% sure what's causing it. I've just opened a ticket with the dev team to look into it and see what's going on.
Apologies I didn't reply sooner. I'm in the middle of a house move.
Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to hearing whatever they discover.
