I sent an email to support over a month ago for the LOTRO kin site I'm an admin for needing SSL updated. I never got a response. I host and pay for our custom domain name and would like our members to feel comfortable using the kin's site. How can I get this fixed?
Sorry about that. There should only be one more step for you on your end. You need to set your CNAME forward URL to "customdomain1.guildlaunch.com". Once you set that on your end, it should show your site as secure.

Hey Frothy, I am also in the same boat with our custom domain. I have emailed support on Sunday 10/9/22 and have not heard back yet. I have already configured the custom domain with the CNAME to that URL and already have the A pointing to the IP as well. Website is working fine just need the cert so I can have a secure web address for my guild to access. Any help is much appreciated!
Apologies for the delay, I've configured your SSL Cert now, let me know if it's working for you! If the first time you test doesn't show it as secure, try an incognito window or a different browser as it may be contending with caching, which should update over the next couple hours.
