Old guild player set up - can we change?

We have a site set up by a player that hasn't played in game for years.  Is there a way to maintain the guild page - and have a "new owner?"

If the site is old and unused, it should be put into an inactive state and the name should be available for use now, so you could create a new site and use that. If that site is still active, you would need to be in contact with the user and have them transfer ownership to you. The transfer ownership feature is found in the Admin Menu->Permissions->Transfer Site section.
