Time on the Site Calendar

Site when not logged in will not show the correct time.

 I think there are two different places to set time .. one is "site time" and one is "user time".  That suggests it adjusts to your specific time zone when you log in, but otherwise it's set to a different time zone?

Just hazarding a guess really, as I don't use the site calendar.
