Help with SSL Certificate ?

I am having trouble using a full domain for my website,
I asked many times in the support chat if I could get some help with that SSL Certificate as it's wrote on the page for that

"If you would like to request and SSL Cert for your Custom Domain, please contact support."

It's been 2 weeks and I'd like to get atleast an answer ...

You should still be able to use a full domain name, unless I'm not understanding what you're asking?

I don't have the SSL certificate thing on my site and, yes, it does sometimes cause problems with some browsers claiming my site isn't secure, but the domain still works:
