This is assuming you know how to set it up in Paypal.
But once you have them set up in paypal take the link it gives you and instead of using the paypal widget use you WebLinks and add the links to each paypal Subscription. OR.... Make a custom web page and include those links. You can use HTML in a Custom web page if i remember right. and you can use the code that paypal gives you for the buttons there. I think i haven't tried it. Try it and see though.
