this is kind of urgent.
I created a website yesterday. Today chrome doesn't let me access it, it says google marked it as unsafe and that it contains malicious code.
Here is the transparency report by google: https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=http:%2F%2Fintrepid.gamerlaunch.com%2F%3Fgid%3D0%26sso%3D1519312781&hl=en-US
Is this a false positive? Should I start scanning my computer? :/
I am at a loss. Tomorrow we are launching our clan and I can't direct my members there. This totally ruins my efforts to be competitive at a server launch.
Yes I was told about this by a couple of my memebers and have Premium account, have not gone live with my clan and this is not instilling confidence in everyone. I am surprised there are not more comments in the forums here. I will be sending a report into email@example.com very soon I am at work now. I will check this post later,. Thanks for the thread !!!!
I sent them an email 5 hours ago but haven't received any news.
I scanned my pc but it didnt find anything malicious. I really need to know if its a false positive, so I sent the link to antivirus companies. However, if there is malicious stuff they will block the gamerlaunch websites.
I wish we would get an explanation of what is going on and when it will be resolved.
Having the same issue here, appears to be across the entire gamerlaunch.com domain. Getting the same warning in Firefox and Chrome, but not IE or safari. Havnt seen any confirmation or posts from support here. All my guildies are afraid to login now, please advise!!!
Same, I got a response from support, thought Id share it here.
We believe it is a false indicator from Google, but we're doing our due diligence. We've reached out to Google and are working on the issue. Thanks for letting us know. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime
I think these issues are based around this announcement from 2016
i cant be positive but it seems similar overall all we can do is ask gamerlaunch to contact google regarding this and ask them to take the necessary steps required to make their website SSL cert ready to googles standards for chrome i guess
p.s. firefox epic and few other custom variants of the chrome browser as well as ie explorer are fine to use to access your websites
Hi, I have a problem with my forum, I get this message when I try to enter:
The following site contains dangerous programs
The attackers at bloodwarriors.gamerlaunch.com may try to trick you into installing programs that harm your browsing experience (eg, by changing the homepage or displaying additional ads on the sites you visit).
I want to know how I can solve this problem and if you can help me, I need the forum
By the looks of this thread and the forums it's not a real big issue for most which in turn, even though I am a paid member, I don't think this is going to get a lot of attention and before the week is out my clans website will not be used.
PS by the way IT is not JUST a GOOGLE Issue
Stephen from Gamer Launch here. We're working on this issue. As far as we can tell, there is not a global issue with Gamer Launch. What has happened possibly is that one or maybe a handful of sites in our system tripped a "malicious" content flag due to a link or other content and then Google flagged the whole domain. Google's approach to this is a bit like a sledgehammer, not a scalpel. They also have provided limited info in terms of URLs. We've performed scans, looked at other sources of info and we're confident the risk is low.
Right now we're performing a deep scan of recently created sites and purging spammy content. Then we'll resubmit to Google. I appreciate you all hanging tight while we work this out.
