I agree with gl_support and Mountain09 on how that kitty wolf was mean. this kid name nocdor has change all of my website. we did banned him just want to let you know not to trust nocdor. His gamer tag on ps4 is Nocdor too.

The reason the previous thread was locked, I would imagine, was to stop further conversation on the matter.  You've already said what you felt you needed to be said on the previous thread - there is no need to continue on.  If you have an actual support issue, I'd recommend emailing support direct to help you.  Name calling and "naming & shaming" have no place here.

GL support have enough to do with genuine support issues, they shouldn't have to spend time monitoring their support forums for poor behaviour.
