Problems uploading

Maybe I'm a complete noob, and I'm not doing this right. So maybe someone can help me out.

As far as the DKP string (xml string). Where do I find it? And what do I put in to upload? I've got 3 raids this last weekend in CT raid tracker, and i can't figure out how to upload.

Can someone help me on this?

Type /rt and then the list of raids pops up. Right click the raid and a window pops up with the XML string. Then hit Ctrl-C and it will be in your clipboard to put wherever you want.
