Favorite Icon Changes in V5

We have modified how favorite icons are handled in V5. For V5 sites there is a Favorite Icon page in the admin area under "Site Settings". This new UI is a bit more discreet for handling Favorite Icons, instead of being "magic" like in V4. The file is still uploaded to the file library, but the name is no longer important (so you can upload multiples to try out) and you can pick them from a dropdown.
