Error: The guild you entered was not found.

If I click on the Wiki link, or try to upload a character or guild bank, I get the error "The guild you entered was not found."

I can find our guild, "Horizon", by clicking on "World of Warcraft" then "US - Bronzebeard".

Is there something I need to do to fix this problem?

Our domain sites need to have their DNS servers pointed at our servers and not us a forwarding domain or the logic that finds the guild information in the database can get out of whack.
