AQWorlds Sync Help
Hi, i have a problem regarding the account syncing. Whenever I go to Elise in /battleontown and click the Your Guild Hub button, it won't work or respond whatsoever no matter how many times I click it. Dunno if it's a bug, glitch or it's really just my account, but can somebody please explain this to me? Thanks! 
Eunna, I'm sorry you are having trouble with that. I've forwarded this on to our main support guy and he will follow up with you as soon as we are able. With Memorial day this weekend it may be Tuesday, but we'll get it resolved.

Sorry for the confusion! This is something you would need to bring up to Artix's support team - since it's happening in-game before it reaches our servers, we only have limited insight into what's going on. :(
Hey im trying to find a link to sync window can for Aqw can you give me one? Cause the hole atrix in game guild menu doesn't work so i don't really care but just a link to a sync login would work just fine aswell. Fyi i sent a email to your support email aswell and hope to get a link some way here lol.

Hi, so I have a similar problem. My friend created a guild on aqw. Then I told him we should create a website. Now we have our site but when were in-game and click our guild hub to access our guild site, this message pops-up :
This site has been removed by the Guild Site Admin.
Please direct any question relating to this guild to the Guild Site Admin or Guild Site Creator.

So i'm thinking he created the site on gamer launch without going by aqw. So they are not sync. That would explain the message above. So I would like to know plz if there is any way to link our current gamer launch website to our guild hub.

Hi, it looks like your site was marked inactive and was removed from our system. This is why you were getting that message. I have reactivated your site here: http://www.guildlaunch.com/guild/index.php?gid=379214
You will need to change go into your admin dash and change the domain back to how it was before it became inactive. You can do this by going to admin dash->site structure->site URLs. Once you do that you shouldn't have a problem.

Hi, yes there's a bug with the AQW sync feature. We are working to get it fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll let you know when it's functioning again.
