Problems changing EU to US for Characters
I would like to be able to fix up my guild roster by being able to edit my guilds characters from the EU Server to the correct US Server.
When I import the guild roster from the game, double characters are being shown in our guild roster character list.. one claimed wrong (EU Server) probably entered manually and the updated unclaimed character which is the correct US. one. How can I fix my guilds characters to correctly display US ??

The best way would probably be to ask the user to remove the EU character from the guild, delete the character and then claim the US character. Would that work?

That would be great but people get confused easily and it would be nice if there was another way to do it such as an option of having a drop box to switch EU to US or vice versa or just let admin or guild owner be able to do it.

Yes. A way to change character server would be good. However, once the characters are doubled up as they are in your case, one would still have to be deleted.
Yes true but perhaps you could have boxes that can be checked and do a mass delete with one click :

Personally I am so happy with the service provided to our guild that I could live with it the way it is but I am just requesting these things I suppose and hope there is a way of implementing an easier use of these features.
