my guild no longer shows up on searches from guild launch, nor can my members join the guild with their member account.

Regarding the "that email is already in use." All your members need to do is login with the same information they registered with on the Guild Launch site on your guild site at the top right. Then click the Apply to Guild link. Their registration is good everywhere, which is why we tell them the email is already in use if they try to create a new account.
I'm not sure what you mean about people not being able to post or change anything. Can you provide more information? The guild members you are talking about, are they ones who only registered for an account and did not apply? If so, they can only post in public forums until they actually submit the application and apply to your guild.
I see you have a few members with characters in the guild such as Floorbound55 and Saerlena. Were they added before you upgraded? Removing the ads doesn't make the site behave any differently, it just removes the ads.

I'll look into this. Your guild is definitely missing from the search, which is odd.

Defiant,
If your members have created an account on the guild launch site here are the steps they need to take:
1. Go to your guild site.
2. Login at the top right with the information they used on the Guidlaunch site. When they login the login bar will change to say "You are Logged in As: xyz@abc.com".
3. Once they are logged in, they should click the "Apply to Guild" link.
4. Fill out the application
5. Submit the application
You can now approve them and they will be added the guild.
Can you tell me some more about the problems that Saerlina is having? Or she could send us an email at support@guildlaunch.com and we will look into any issues she is having and work with her directly.

Without submitting the form on the Apply to Guild page they can't be added to your guild. That form is the way our system queues members up to be added to the guild. You could reenable the Apply to Guild link and just put a reference to the forum post in the textbox, but without enabling the Apply to Guild link it will be difficult to add members unless you were to send them a link once you approve them or something similar.
