registered people, not able to add to roster

Either they get a syntax error, or it acts as if it works but you never show up and cant sign up using rapid raid. i have tried it myself with the same results. whats going on here?

Can you give me the text of the syntax error? Also, when they add a character and it appears to work, are you looking in the Unguilded character section on your profile? Also, can you tell me if it is a specific race/class/continent causing a problem?

I don't immediately see any issue with Vanguard character creation, so I just need a little more info.

no i can not give you the syntax error but 3 people have gotten it. as far as the unguilded section im not following you. let me explain gain. a person registers, then they apply to the guild using the form provided of coourse. we then accept them, they then try to add character to roster but it does not work. its not any certain race ive tried it with several including one that have worked.
