under members tab not showing a guild rank...

under the admin tab under members it shows people and i can check the names but when i go to the box next to set rank(dropdown box) it dosent have anything in it... any suggestions?

On the left side of that page is a link that says "Guild Ranks" click it and you can manage the ranks.
