Armory link is incorrect
I picked EU instead of US when I setup the site. I later changed it back to US from the guild admin page. However, it doesn't seem to change the record because the link on the guild roster site is EU WoW. Guild roster doesn't seem to update anymore after the inital update. Please help. Thanks
For some reason I can no longer update my guild roster from the WoW armory and my members can't claim their characters. Is there a problem with the link between guildlaunch and the armory or did I do something wrong?
Peko, everything looks good on our end, but I went ahead and changed the server for your guild to "US - Aggramar". You should be able to import your guild roster from the WoW armory without an issue now.
If any of the members of your guild created characters with the wrong server name, they can update their character information in the character profile section.

Dartak, I was able to import the members of your guild in our test environment and I'm unable to recreate any problems with claiming characters. Is your guild still experiencing these issues?
