Any way OTHER than forums to get in touch?
So I had an issue fairly recently where I was having problems posting replies to my website forums. It wasn't a one off .. it occurred sporadically over the course of several days before starting to impact others .. I noticed at least one person giving additional information on an application also having similar problems.
I tried reporting it here, on the support forums, several times over the course of a couple of days, but was unable to post anything at all.
I sent an email to the support address but received no reply. (I have had replies in the past, and haven't changed my details since then, so you should have been able to reply).
I sent a DM via your facebook page a week ago, and have had no reply.
We no longer appear to have the "chat bubble" on our website so cannot use that.
It does appear to have sorted itself out now and, luckily, it didn't seem to cause any major issues for anyone else, but it has highlighted the fact that support seems a little spotty these days.
Should we be concerned?
We did have an issue where an underlying service had gone offline without us noticing at first that caused several weird issues like the ones you described. We got that figured out and fixed and you shouldn't be seeing those issues anymore! Let us know if anything like that keeps happening.
Will do.
Of course the original question still remains (and primarily because I've had issues before trying to post stuff on the support forums, so it's nice to have options and, if that same issue does happen again .. lol .. I'd struggle to let you know) - does anyone monitor the likes of facebook messages or emails?
Once upon a time I'd at least get an auto-reply saying that my email was being looked at, even if I didn't get a reply itself, but I don't even get those anymore. I've checked my spam folders.
