TinyMCE?

I am seeing this on my site when I use the forums:

Please keep an eye out for anything odd happening with the text editors. This update should not have an effect on the editors, but it's possible. If it did affect anything, it will be very specific small things.

The only thing I've noticed so far is when I make a forum post, there's a new notice bottom right corner stating "powered by TinyMCE"
