Revolver Maps and Forum Search

I have never been able to get forum search to work on this site.  We have several posts that include @handles from Star Trek Online and I know that are both in the body of the post as well as the title of the post, but the search always returns No Items Found.  Frustrating!

Also, I use RevolverMaps in an HTML widget but that has recently stopped working.  I have tried all available "source codes" on their website.  What has changed?

I emailed support about the search forums issue, got the auto response, but never heard anything.

I use my search option on the forums fairly regularly and it always seems to work.  I've just tested again and it seems fine.  I will say that occasionally if I get a "not found" type message, I sometimes have to tweak the search a bit. 

Make sure, if you're searching for a username, that the name is correct, and is in the Author search box.  Having said that .. it does bring back results if I search for a username in the other search box ... just slightly different ones.

If it still doesn't work .. try a step by step explanation of what you're doing to get failed results - also try searching for something very specific that you know already is there.  See if it finds it.

If all else fails, the best way to contact support is through the "chat" bubble in the bottom right corner of your website.  I've found that sometimes email doesn't seem to get through, or falls through the cracks.
