Game Change
I have put in a ticket. (Case 297670) Game Change, on August 3rd and received the automated response. So far, I have not received any other contact, yes, I checked the junk mail. We have changed games and I would like to know how we can keep our guild name and change the information to meet the new game. Is there a way to do this as we have a subscription? Do we need to start a new site, if so, can the old one be deleted so we can still keep our name?
Thank you for your time in this matter,
The Old Code
Sorry for the delay. There are three places you need to change to change your guild name and game.
First, go to Admin Menu->Games->Games Played and click the Edit button on the right. This lets you change your guild name and main game.
Second, go to Admin Menu->Site Settings->Global Settings and change your Site Name there.
Last, go to Admin Menu->Site Structure->Site URLs and you can change your Sub-Domain there.
Let me know if this helps!
Ok, these had been changed but it still has Lord of the Rings classes/races instead of Elder Scrolls classes/races. How do I change this? That is what I meant in my previous question.
Sorry about that, I see now!
The existing character that you have on your roster that is an EQ character will remain that unless you specifically Edit it. Navigate to that page (https://theoldcode.gamerlaunch.com/users/characters/character_detail.php?char=21876538&gid=577726) and scroll about half way down, you should see under the General Info section Update buttons that allow you to change that character from being an EQ character to an ESO character.
All new characters added too your character roster will be by default ESO characters.
