Invalid JSON.

Hello all,

For the past week we have noticed this message whenever members are trying to post images to the website. 

Invalid JSON

The web indicates a bad data-table on the server side.  Hoping someone can take a look at this.

It might be worth working out HOW they're getting that message.  Is the error on the support website or yours?  Is it trying to upload an image, or use a link?  Check to make sure they're using the image button and not the video button.  Also check to see if they're inserting using the quick reply or proper reply box.  And that's assuming that when you say "to the website" you mean to the forums ... or is it the image gallery, wiki or somewhere else?

This is something we are working on now. We haven't figured out exactly how to fix it but have an idea of what's happening. This is an odd one and difficult to debug, sorry for the delay!

Image uploads on the forums should be working for you now. It is still not working on these community forums due to details I won't bore you with. The important thing is it should be working on your guild sites using custom domains or the default domains.

How weird (and Hi "Frothy" lol ... not sure how we should respond to that name!) .. the only time I've noticed the problem was on the support forums, and it was never really a problem, I just thought it was me doing something wrong.  Don't recall seeing it on my website.

Glad it's getting worked on tho ;-)

I've been rebranding for awhile now, slowly. I have gone and made a name for myself in the private server community by the name Frothy in preparation for Classic WoW. Have to carry it over haha.
