Content Lost - HELP

I was editing my site and I accidentally removed a HTML widget with content in it that was extremely important to my community. We use a system called Rewards Points where members can earn them, and use them to "buy" items in their games and at times, PS cards or other stuff. 

I accidentally removed the widget, so their "community bank account" got literally deleted. 

Is there a way that my site can be restored to a date before today and this goes back to a state like it didn't happen or are we screwed?

I'm pretty sure they keep backups .. don't know if they'll be able to restore it though.  Certainly worth asking.  It sounds pretty urgent, so if you've not already done so, I'd also recommend trying to ask via the website "chat" button bottom right of your site .. it sometimes gets a quicker response.

I really hope they do. It makes my community look really shady rn to the new people, though they're trying to take it well. I sent a website chat 18 hours ago. I also attempted to call them, left a message, and emailed along with posting here. I've done all I can do.
