Cant Reset My Original Account Password

Hello! I've tried resetting my password on my original account for weeks now. I created this account to be able to post here and try to recover my old account. The username for it is Iseult Eleos, and I can provide the email and any other information needed to reset the password. The "reset password" isn't working, I never get an email. How can I get that accounts password reset?
