The reason the previous thread was locked, I would imagine, was to stop further conversation on the matter. You've already said what you felt you needed to be said on the previous thread - there is no need to continue on. If you have an actual support issue, I'd recommend emailing support direct to help you. Name calling and "naming & shaming" have no place here.
GL support have enough to do with genuine support issues, they shouldn't have to spend time monitoring their support forums for poor behaviour.
