I can't see that you've posted any queries on the support forums, but regardless it's worth noting that "officially" Support work office hours (in their time zone) - so "officially" you won't get a response on a weekend, early mornings or late evenings.
As you have seen though, they do still sometimes monitor and respond to messages out of that timeframe.
There are multiple ways to get in touch with them - there's the little chat bubble bottom right of your website, or email, or via their Facebook feed or, as you can see, via these forums.
The "advantage" of doing it via the forums is that potentially other GL users could also help out, and the reply is there for anyone else having a similar problem. The disadvantage is that it isn't such a direct route of communication.
