Import Automation broken?

It looks like the Import Automation feature is broken. I have ours turned on for http://icon.guildlaunch.com, and the last time it updated was 10/02/2016 (when I manually updated it). I can manually update it, and it does complete with no issues. But, the automation is down.

Let me know if I have to do anything specific in order to get this to work. I've tried turning it off and back on to no avail.

I suppose I should have checked the support forums too, but when I realised this was still ongoing (I've had the problem on my site for some time) I just sent a direct message using the chat support box.  I've been told there is a fix coming some time this week.

I just checked again, and our roster last updated October 2, 2016. Is there any status updates on this? Do you need me to leave it as-is for debugging purposes, or is it ok to manually update?

 Hi, you can go ahead and run a manual import. I'll contact the development team to see where they're at on getting the fix out. I'll update this post when I know more.

UPDATE: Automatic imports will run tonight.  

 Yeah .. no they didn't.  Not on our site anyway ... have I forgotten to toggle something to get it working again?

The auto import is running, but there's a Portuguese server that is breaking the auto import and it's impacting all the roster imports that follow. We are pushing code tomorrow that should fix the problem and auto imports should work Tuesday night.

haha ... it's weird what can cause glitches!  Well done working out what was causing the problem - looking forward to having it fixed :-)

Want to follow-up as our WoW guild, Kumpania on Turalyon US is still having issues being imported. The last auto-import was back September. I've gone ahead and processed the manual import, but do we know what might still be causing the auto-import bug?

 The last I heard from our development team was the import automation was working. I'll ping the team to find out if something is breaking during the daily imports.

It didn't seem to import last night. Only my manual update from yesterday is listed.

  Thanks for letting us know. We are looking into the cause of roster auto import failure.

Our import seems to have stopped working again ..

Any news on this?  Our automated update is still stuck on that date (although may well do a manual one soon just to force through a new batch of updates).

We're trying out another fix for auto imports now. It's a difficult process to debug. Hopefully this tweak will fix it. If not, we'll give it more attention after Christmas!
