Sorry to hear you are having problems with your voice server. I would be happy to help you get this straightened out for you. If you are currently still having problems with your voice server, I need you to run some tests so we can pinpoint the issue. This article https://guildlaunch.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/34305-reporting-a-ventrilo-teamspeak-or-mumble-connecti explains the test that we need. The two most important ones are MTR and Ping.
Once you have run those test, please copy and paste them into an email and send it email@example.com.
These test must be run while the voice server problems are occurring, or they won't tell us what the issue is.
