Achievements not showing up

I've been tinkering around getting my site set up for my guild, and in doing so achievements are bound to happen. I'm talking about the personal achievements. Achievements like: Join a guildlaunch site, which I obviously did when I made the site, not check marked. Same with the Activate your account achievement, modify your sites navigation, and edit site settings. Is there something I'm missing here or what?

 Hmm .. I've just clicked on your profile and it shows you have those things?

Edit ... oh wait I see .. it shows "creating a GL account" but not "activate your account" ... weird .. perhaps there are some triggers that have been missed? Or aren't working?
