So much spam!

Anyone cleaning the massive spam up? Looks really bad to see that still there after 2 days.

We focused on fighting the influx of spam at the source and I think we have it nipped. Unfortunately, the spammer was active for over 72 hours and has posted a ton. We haven't cleaned it all up yet, but we've stopped the new ones from being created and we are working on cleanup now. Sorry for the yuckiness.

 Nothing is impossible, but this spammer is being quite diligent.

It does appear we have improved, but not solved the spam issue. We've definitely cut the rate of spam way way down. We are working on implementing a better way to train Akismet and StopForumSpam with false positives. Here is the sort of ratios we are dealing with at certain times:

Well, right before 2am, this morning, it started back, but I noticed that it was not back to back this time, so whatever you installed stopped them with a delay between posting. I was here most of the morning watching. Before I went to bed at 4am, I noticed they gave up.
