Rapid Raid trash entries

I noticed there are trash entries popping up into our rapid raid item list. It would appear these entries are created when a item entry is made in a rapid raid event, and selecting the recipient from the drop down menu is forgotten. The result is that an entry is not created under the event, but a trash entry is displayed on the "view items" page with no way to remove it.
