Although not associated with Guild Launch, I do know although some things are automated, a few features have to be enabled manually, so I would give them a little slack on a weekend...as some people actually have real lives and don't work on Saturdays and Sundays...so I would guess you should be all set up today as their response during NORMAL business hours is typically quick...
I order Premium + 2 days ago now, i have emailed you guys over 3 times, i got 1 answer just saying " You should have got your voice server over an email" But clearly i havent , otherwise i wouldn't be writing to you??? I replayed 14 minutes after i got the answer and now you haven't answerd for 12 hours ..
Make sure to check your PayPal email address - the emails are sent to the email address that was used to set up the subscription through PayPal, which can be different from your Guild Launch email address.
If you used the same address, check your spam folder as well. It may have been caught there and not gotten to your inbox.
