Post Delete Lockbox - FAQ Placeholder
Nevermind.. after trying to find a solution myself and not succeding ive read all the posts in this thread again and just seen you have to pay to do whatsoever to the lockbox.. Lame, considering i just wanted to get a screenshot from one of the threads which was in there. -_-
The post delete lockbox is a feature of the site and is not deletable. The forum only shows to you and it has no effect, visual or otherwise to your users. It's a safety net for post deletion. You may not need it now, but you may find out otherwise later. You can ignore it if you don't use it.

I just had an internal clan rebellion. The lockbox allowed me to rescue my entire website. I can only thank GL SUPPORT for thinking of the lockbox feature.
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE IT! YOU WILL CAUSE MANY PEOPLE MUCH GRIEF IF PEOPLE DECIDE TO VINDICTIVELY DESTROY A CLANS/GUILDS WEBSITE!
Our guild recently went through some leadership changes, and one of the new Officers moved every one of our old posts, going back several years, into the lockbox...69 pages worth. I was wondering if there was any way to restore them all...or if this would have to be done individually? I could not find a simple way to do it en mass, and restore them to their original topics without doing it piecemeal. We are a guild that is proud of our history and what we have done, and we really would like to keep most of our old forums visible to the Guild if possible. Thanks for your time! :)

If you go into the Lockbox, then click on the 'You can moderate this forum' link at the bottom right then you will get "mass selection" options. You can then check multiple posts and move them, lock, unlock, etc.

Hi
I'm the owner of my site and I'm going to leave the game I am currently playing. I want to transfer the site to the new guild leader but I dont want anyone to see some deleted private posts that are in the lockbox (or going to be if I delete them).
The fact is my lockbox is not purging, neither doing a manual DELETE from dashboard, so even if I wait 45 days to transfer the site, messages still be there.
I have a lot of messages in a private section that I want to delete, but I dont want them to go to the lockbox and remain there for ever more.
What can I do?
Thank you in advance

If the lockbox isn't purging the posts after forty-five days, send an email to support@guildlaunch.com - I can assign it over to our developers so we can get it squared away. :)
I have a similar situation as the most recent above post and just sent an email to support@guildlaunch.com 13:40 6/10/15 requesting assistance in purging the lockbox of our site. Thank you in advance for the assistance in purging the lockbox.
