Front Home page Guld Info AND Site news
for some odd reason (prolly something small im missing) when i make a "guild description" post.... everything updates properly... then when i go to add a "guild news new page" ... it overrides the description. i just want to be able to have multiple front page postings at once

Your news post settings were pointing to a forum that didn't exist, or that you had deleted maybe? I pointed it at the correct forum. However, you need to go here:
http://ascendancy.guildlaunch.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=11602&gid=2049
And then edit the post and click the "Announcement" radio button.
Once you do that it should show on the homepage with the description just fine.
