Guild Awards FAQ
Q. Where is this functionality?
A. In the Guild Roster section on the 'Awards' tab.
Q. Where are the Awards placed?
A. The name of the Award is displayed in the forums. The image is displayed on the user profile, the Awards area, and the Awards widget.
Q. What size should the Award be?
A. Really it is up to you. However, we recommend the award image be less than 160 pixels. Otherwise, it may not display properly in the widget.
Q. How many awards can a user receive?
A. As many as you like. All of the awards and winners show on the Awards page.
Q. How many will display?
A. The awards that they equip are displayed in the forum. The most recently awarded 5 display on their profile. The user can display all of them using a link so they can pick from the ones available to equip.
Q. Why doesn't the image show in the forums?
A. We felt that there was already a lot of space taken up with other functionality. There is limited real estate in the forum avatar area so a balance must be struck.
We are looking into options for displaying the images here in the future.
Q. Any advice on where to find pictures for Awards?
A. Google is a good option. You can go to Google then click on Google's "Images" selection. Then I type in something like: Awards, Badges, Crests, Emblems, Swords, Warriors, etc... until you find a pic you like.
Then you can save it, open it in Paintnet and Resize it to 100x100.
Q. How do you remove an award from a player?
A. There is a small X next to each of the winners on the winners list.
Q. Can you award characters?
A. Not currently, but it is on the long term plan.

My guild runs achievements each week and come Tuesdays WoW resets, All gained achievements are awarded through our award system. Now with every award comes a set number of points. Is there any way to view a members total points gained rather than view all awards and pull out the calculator. It would be quite helpful if we could, as our guild rank system is based on points gained and thereby guild activity. Also was wondering if I could award a character an award rather than the members profile, as some people in guild have 3 toons to gather their achievs on and others only 1. Thx in advance, Ex.

Achievement tracker seems to be working fine again. thx much. also noticed that all the pre-WotLK dungeons and raids have been removed from the Dungeon & Raids tab. any chance this is a glitch or were the just removed permanently?

Excipio, we have this is on our wishlist for the app. We'll see what we can do, but it will almost certainly be after the 7.0 release.

Apparently I must have turned off my Awards section which is kind of painful because we rely heavily on it in my guild. Is there a way to turn this function back on?

I have question regarding the subject line. I want to award a medal (I use this medal system for my awards) to multiple members if they've earned it. Is there any way I can select multiple people, cause I obviously can't use shift + mouse_click

Is there any way to 're-organize' the order in which the awards are displayed? It seems that they are listed in the order they were created, with no clear means to adjust this order.
Not at the moment, but there is a Feature Request in for something like what you're describing: http://guildlaunch.uservoice.com/forums/106449-feature-requests/suggestions/1996353-categorize-awards

I'm not entirely clear on what you're asking - can you please clarify?

When you go to the awards page it shows the top 10 points winners. I want to know if there is a way to reset that. I deleted the awards, but there are still people listed there.
