I've looked at your widget and you do seem to have it set up correctly there. I assume you were able to follow the permissions instructions correctly as well. That leaves one more possibility, it could be that your TeamSpeak3 server host is blocking our IP. Can you let me know your servers host company? We may need to contact them. Once you let me know the host, I can dig deeper!
Thanks for the info!
We're now in process of getting this worked out. I cannot give a time frame on the fix yet because a third party is involved. I'll be sure to let you know here when we're moving on this. I'm hoping by next week we'll have this worked out, can't promise it though.
You can use other widgets simply by getting the code supplied by the other sites, then pasting that code into an empty HTML widget on your GL site (it's under "Misc Widgets" on the widget list). Once you have the blank widget inserted onto your page, just click Edit and then click the "<>" button to insert the source code.
I hope that helps :-)
I also have this issue. I use Streamline servers. I would use a HTML code, however it puts the entire server down the side of the page.
Sometimes you can adjust the size (including the length) of a widget just by going into edit it, then choosing the source code button (<>) .. there will often be size setting there that you can fiddle with until you get the size you want (usually look like " width="161" height="250" ) or similar.
